Our Projects’ Corporate Perfume Masterclasses are designed to work beautifully at any scale, from intimate leadership sessions to large-format team events with hundreds of participants. The experience remains immersive, personal, and expertly guided, no matter the group size.
For smaller teams, we can host you in one of our Our Projects spaces, offering a focused, hands-on masterclass in an intimate studio setting. For larger groups, we bring the experience to an external venue, or work with you to source and adapt a space that can comfortably accommodate large teams, ensuring flow, clarity, and engagement throughout.
This isn’t a simplified version of our masterclass. It’s the same signature experience, carefully refined over years and thousands of sessions, scaled intelligently so every participant feels involved. Guests can take part through a guided sit-down masterclass or a walk-up scent bar format, depending on your schedule and group size.
From set-up and hosting to materials, sound, and clean-down, we manage every detail. Optional brand integration allows the experience to align seamlessly with your company identity, without overwhelming it.

Host Your Team in Our Space
For smaller teams and leadership groups, we invite you into an Our Projects space for a focused, hands-on masterclass. Hosted in-studio, this format allows up to 16 guests in one sitting, creating an intimate environment where conversation flows easily and every participant receives personal guidance.
It’s a fully immersive experience, calm, well-paced, and beautifully run, ideal for teams who want depth, connection, and a shared creative moment without distraction.

Host Your Team at a Partner or External Venue
For larger teams, we bring the experience to you. We work with a trusted network of venue partners, including Potato Head, Noema, and ZIN, offering spaces designed to comfortably host large-scale events. Alternatively, we’re equally happy to work within your chosen venue.
Our team arrives fully equipped with everything required: fragrance kits, set-up, sound, hosts, and flow management. All we need is the space. The result is the same Our Projects signature experience, thoughtfully scaled, expertly delivered, and memorable at any size.
