Each course is shaped by a scent, a destination, and a photographic moment brought together in one experimental journey.

Created as part of the EYSProjects Scent Into Art, Art Into Scent format, the evening presents a body of work developed across Japan, Los Angeles, Joshua Tree, India, Nepal, Mexico, and Copenhagen.

The photographs unfold throughout the space. The scents are experienced alongside them. The menu responds to both, translating atmosphere into taste.

Designed to move between image, scent, and food.
