Artist in Residence

Our Artist in Residence programme invites photographers to respond to our collections with complete creative freedom. Each artist is given the fragrances in full, without direction, restrictions, or prescribed outcomes, only an open invitation to interpret and respond through their own lens.

Weda Sattya’s work is grounded in emotion, movement, and restraint. Her imagery carries a quiet intensity—often cinematic, often intimate, where gesture and mood speak louder than formality or polish.

Approaching the collection intuitively, Weda allowed the fragrances to guide atmosphere rather than composition. The resulting images feel internal and reflective, capturing moments that appear lived rather than staged.

This is not campaign imagery, but perspective. Her work doesn’t explain scent. It listens to it, translating feeling into image, and presence into stillness.
